It was very simple was interviewed by 2 managers and was 6 of us there wanting the job. Was great felt like we was having a girly conversation. The managers was great they ask us our hobbies, where we in school/college, and what shoe we would be.

You start by filling out the application online, you will get a 2-3 week call to schedule your interview. This interview I had was a one-on-one. Just be yourself and be able to love shoes. If the employer likes you, they will then give you a background check through email which must be completed as soon as you get it through the email. The employer will call you 2-3 days later after you did your background check to tell you if its cleared or not. Most background checks takes awhile, so be patient. After its cleared, the employer will then tell you to fill out paperwork and must do this within three days online and be having training the next day.
