Interview process is worst. After attending 2nd round of interview they keep profile on hold and the hr from New Delhi office miss Shradha Rawat is the worst hr I have seen in my life. After interview she doesn't even pick up call and don't know busy doing what. she doesnt even have courtesy to reply to the candidates. even after calling her multiple time hr don't respond.My question is if u don't want to select candidate why the hell u are taking interviews and give the feedback wht is this reply your profile is on hold. Ask ur hr to work properly and reply. she is the worst hr I must say.
