Process was fine to begin with, applied online and got a call back, set up an interview for later that week (December 11), interviewed with two managers for about 45 minutes, followed up the following week and was told that they "thought I could do the work that they were looking for" but were still finalizing their budget for the new year (December 18), followed up again after New Year's and was told that they were still "considering me joining the team" but that they were still finalizing their budget (January 6). Never heard from them again as of January 28, although they did take down the job listing on December 29, and then re-posted it January 15. After being strung along for so long you would think they could at least have the courtesy to give you an answer one way or another.
