Entretien
They contacted me after I'd attended a job fair. The interview was at a small satellite office in the area that appeared to have about 3 or 4 employees. They interview included both a one-on-one with the local manager in addition to a conference call interview with 2 other individuals where I was asked questions and tested on my skillset.

Question 1
The series of questions in determining my technical qualifications were the most difficult. Since I'd not sought out this company I was not quite sure what to expect but went to the interview for practice. It turns out the focus was more toward telephone technical support using Windows XP. Though I can generally hold my own - supporting clients and troubleshooting their problems over the phone is a new ballgame for me.
