It was a phone call with Donna Choi Ellis, Manager of Recruitment. It was not a great interview at all, they were not thoughtful on asking questions that were high level strategic questions. They asked lots of questions that felt were checking off boxes, for an example, "How do you stay organized?" I mean really? Most of her questions were off putting and didn't seem she actually understood the role in depth to ask or even answer questions. Also another question with DEI and it was actually insulting to ask that-to a Latin woman who not only has an extensive background in working with BIPOC and am myself a first generation, to ask what I would bring to the table. I think they need more training in recruitment. Did not feel like a conversation at all and instead kept asking the same questions in different ways. Good luck
