I received a phone interview with some general questions asked, then an on-site interview was scheduled. I was expecting some technical questions asked during the on-site interview, but actually they were more or less the same as the phone interview. I think they are not aiming at hiring someone who knows lots of stuff, but someone who is willing to learn.
