The interview process was very straight forward and informal. I responded to an industry specific job posting site. Got a phone call from DPS within a couple of days to briefly discuss the position and set up face to face interview. Met with VP and project manager, discussing my relevant work experience. Their office was nearly empty, but most contractors work from home office or in the field. Heard back with their decision the same day.

Very laid back interview, was made extremely comfortable. Was offered a position after about a 5 minute discussion on background in the industry. Employees seemed to have a great chemistry with one another.
