J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez DPR Construction (Redwood City, CA) en janv. 2019
Entretien
I interviewed across 3+ hours with 7 people. It was to be I think 8 or 9 people yet they couldn't participate that day. It was too much for an interviewee to go through. I interviewed with 5-6 Project Accountants, 1 Project Manager, Controller, and HR Director. I can understand interviewing with a person within same role to see if I am technically capable for the job, yet 5-6 people in same position was over-kill. Also it was explained that there aren't any best practices followed and each Project Accountant does their own process. I think autonomy is great, but then there isn't a set standard and how would a deficient employee be spotted? Or why not elevate the team by knowledge sharing or following best practices?

Question 1
I kept on being asked about if I worked in Construction Accounting.

Multiple panel interviews over a couple of visits mostly casual chats about the role and the culture.. nothing too stressful or structured. No tests of competency or trick questions. It is very much about getting to know each other.
