Sent in Cover Letter and CV. Invited for an interview in-office. Short introduction to member of the HR team, filled out a few simple forms including desired/ expected salary. Long interview with Head of Marketing. Walked through CV, asked marketing and clean tech industry related questions. Friendly, positive atmosphere. Finally given a competency task to complete (draw up draft communications strategy for DP Cleantech using some of their marketing materials).
