First, you are called and a quick phone interview takes place. If that goes well, you will be asked for a face-to-face interview. During face-to-face you will be interviewed by sales director. If he approves, he will ask another top sales person to also interview you. They will then talk amonst themselves, and will let you know by phone after 48hrs whether or not you got the job.
