HR called, then we discussed the opportunity, and an interview was scheduled.
After that, the panel joined, and we had a technical discussion along with scenario-based.

Entretien
The interview process was really good. It was a phone screen with HR team to start. Then a second meeting with a technical person. Third interview was with hiring director and their leader. Questions were more situational than technical as it was not a technical role.

Question 1
Many of the questions were situational and were surrounding SCRUM and agile processes and how you would handle it. One of them was if you had a developer that was not participating with a process and not getting work done how would you handle it.
