It was easy to apply online, and I was reached out to by email. The interview itself felt like a conversation and put me at ease. I was also given a tour of the office and was able to meet employees from different departments.

What field of civil engineering do you see yourself doing?
Quick and to the point. It was casual and relaxed. I enjoyed the whole process. I got the job. I loved working there and I hope to return as a full time employee.
