Entretien
First-round with a Skype interview (approx. 30 mins). Mostly questions on the project I would be working on and to find out if I have the skill sets to satisfy the requirements. Pretty straight forward. Very relaxed and pretty straight forward.
I applied and got an invitation for a job interview about two weeks later. The interview (online) was with the disciplinary supervisor and an additional colleague. The interview itself was very pleasant and I got an offer only a few days later.

Common job interview questions. I was asked to introduce myself and name strength and weaknesses, for example. No deeper questions with regard to any technical knowledge.

Entretien
I have applied online through the website.
Received an email two weeks later for a phone interview.
Interview was easy, basically included behavioral questions related to previous experiences, then moved on to technical questions about design patterns, object oriented programming, etc.
