I applied online and got an email to take the initial interview, which was a video interview. The weird thing was I was the only person talking -- HR representative from the company pre-recorded the question and you just listen to and answer the questions. You get 30 seconds to prepare your answer. Then they emailed me two days later to take the assessment test, which took 2 hours to complete. I didn't hear from them after that. The company totally ghosted me
