If you are a chosen candidate Dish will email to inform you that your application is being reviewed. If they decide to move forward next would be the virtual interview, the manager conducting the interview was very friendly and welcoming! After the virtual interview you will be asked to provide 3 references to dish, they call and confirm the referenced you provided. If they like what they hear about you from the references you provided next would be an onboarding email, you sign a form from the onboarding email then it'll prompt you to fill out a 5 minute servey. After that you wait for dish to give you the training days and hours you will be scheduled.
