Recruiter screen followed by in-person interview, followed by a take home assessment that judges personality and critical thinking skills. They ultimately offered the position to an internal candidate, which is always frustrating. External candidates- be wary of this and be sure to ask if you are competing against internal candidates. They will not disclose this proactively.

Entretien
Screening call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, you receive a first online assessment, then on to onsite interview, and another call is set, you receive a 2nd assessment, a last call and a 3rd assessment.

I went through 6 rounds of interviews and tests, including an in-person panel interview, and then they did not reach out ever again after a couple of months of “decision making”. It felt unprofessional.
