Tyler was very nice and respectful, but sounded very scripted. Called late and apologised for his previous meeting running over. The installer position also requires upselling services or equipment. In a larger market area this business model would work fine, but not in my area.

The interview process was shorter than I anticipated. The recruiter was very polite and patient with me as I answered his questions the best I could. Overall I was satisfied with the interview process.
