Entretien
I was initially contacted by phone to conduct a phone screen and then the hiring manager traveled to the city I would be working in to conduct a 1:1 interview in combination with my giving a presentation to a group. The 1:1 interview took a few hours and resulted in a job offer, but the salary and compensation committee had to approve hiring me at the high end of the position and it took a month for me to start at a lower salary than promised.
Performed remote or in person. Multiple questions related to experience, work related skills and ideas or concepts to improve current status. Panel style interview with a round robin question/answer approach.
