Most communication is through email. First, you have a virtual interview with a recruiter. Then you are set up with an informational meeting with other interested candidates. Then given some assessments, done online. After this is when you have a meeting with the manager(s)

Entretien
First gave a run down of the departments and how the internship was run. Then moved on to basic questions such as graduating year, GPA, etc. Next there was two behavioral questions, and to finish up time for the interviewee to ask questions
