I took a short online assessment after the career fair in my school and pass that get the interview the day after. Then one week later I was told I did well in the interview and took an 4 hour online assessment the next Thursday, which have logic, English and Math problem. Then they said the competition is high and put me on waiting list. But 3 weeks later they let me go to the summit again for the final interview.

Entretien
My interview process consisted of two phone interviews one with a regional HM and the second with the local HM. Both phone interviews were very basic just asking for previous work experience and responsibilities. Afterwards there was a face to face interview with the IT supervisor and the hiring manager. Questions were all about customer service including scenarios.

If there was a serious outage in the company that severely stopped production and you were on your way to fix it what would you do if a VIP in the company such as a department head stopped you on the way to the outage and ask for help with a small computer problem what would you do?
