I applied online, got a call the next day and set up an interview time through the HR representative. They called me to change the interview appointment three times, but that wasn't really a big deal. On the day of the interview I drove to the office and walked through the front door. The building was empty and there was not receptionist. Eventually the Manager came through a back door and gave a very brief welcome. He took me into his office, asked me a bunch of common sense questions and gave me a paper for a drug test. I took the drug test and passed. I then got a call about a physical exam. I took it and passed. A few days later I got a call from HR and an offer letter in my email. I signed it, returned it, and got another email telling me when and where to report for training. That's basically it.

Online test about 45 minutes. Pay close attention to the instructions. About 2 months later got a phone interview. Then about 2 weeks later met a manager at McDonalds for about a 30 minute interview.

Applied online, recruiter called me about a week later. Asked a couple of questions and sends you a link to get drug tested and background check. Then meet with the GM of the office applied to. Once he approves you are sent to a training center for a week.Then in the field for and week back to center and another week in the field before getting your own van.
