Very easy, they will take anyone at a drop of a pen. I applied online, failed miserably, but still got to come in for an interview. I walked in at any time I feel like it. The moment I got in, they instantly accepted me. There was no room for anywhere to begin asking for anything. They are willing to do all the paper works, all they want is expected me to agree to full time and work right away.

Smooth and really enjoyed Diana she was great and easy to interview with , I loved the building and the atmosphere was awesome I am really going to enjoy working at dish

Entretien
Phone interview; went over resume and reasons for applying, general standard questions. Very nice HR rep and not too rushed like a lot of other telcom reps are. Got back to me very quickly (next day) after applying.

Virtual interview at first to see if you can easily navigate through the CSR portal and can answer basic questions about the interactions.
Then if you pass you get an interview with HR, which consists of why did you quit your last job or why do you want to start a new one. Then you have an interview with a manager that is more relaxed is more about your personality and they ask you to pitch a sale something like that
