very slow and very lame. They have an online IQ test which is very long but shorter in time.
HR representative take very long to respond back.
The technical interview was well organized.

Entretien
The hiring process began with a recruiter call that included a mix of behavioral and technical questions related to the role. After passing the HR round, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was more conversational and focused on getting to know me as a person, and behavioral questions. The next stage was a panel-style technical interview with the hiring manager and a staff engineer. It included a deep dive into my resume, discussions around past experience, and some whiteboard-style coding questions. Before this round, I was also asked to complete a few assessments.
Overall, the process was very structured, and the recruiters were responsive throughout. Although I didn’t get the position, I really enjoyed my discussion with the hiring manager, and felt it would have been a great team to be part of.

Most unprofessional interview setup and very bad coordination. Interviews keep getting cancelled and rescheduled. Interviewers don t show up. Unnecessary tests that are not relevant to job. Take too much time to get back (still waiting for a response). Pay less and do not want to negotiate
