Started by applying on dish's website for the open posisisition, recieved an email directing me to take a few online test's as part of the online application process then recieved a phone interview from a recruiter. About a week later I recieved a call at my job, which was a listed phone number on my application, and recieved a 2nd phone interview which led to schedualing a 1:1 interview with a field tech manager two days later. Upon entering the building I was asked to sign in on a clipboard which I noticed had about 20 prior candidates that week appling for the same posisition. The interview was very relaxed and lasted about an hour, I was shown the warehouse and explained the entire daily routine and expectation of the job. The entire time I felt as though I was already hired and even shown a work van that I would be sharing. Now waiting for a call for the next step.
