Management level interviewers had less than 2 years experience in E-Discovery space. Normally not an issue, however, their understanding of the space was less than adequate - one interviewer told me he "stumbled" onto the this company by accident and wouldn't normally be working here...in this business. Wow....left with more questions than answers.
