The interview was conducted for 30 minutes using Zoom. I was nervous at first, but she comfortably led the interview. Questions generally asked about my career or skills based on my resume.

Worst interview process ever. There are 2 tech rounds, one for 2 hours and other for whole day and they ask you to make a entire game backend engine with authentication and authorization in redis db. It's a joke. Didn't make through , but wouldn't have joined anyways

Entretien
The hiring process consists in two steps, a first Skype (or similar) interview where you get to answer general questions about your background and/or previous experience. Then whole day face-to-face interview with several interviewers follows in the company offices located in Dublin city center. The process takes two weeks.

There are lot of questions about different topics including decoupled and micro services architectures, scaling out applications, share nothing architecture and general computer science topics and specific Python language questions.
Then there is a coding test where you are asked to implement a small and simple game server with an in-memory database backed that must supports some interesting features from the scalability point of view mainly.
