I found out about the company at a career fair at a university. There, I met with the recruiter and set up a screening interview. After that I had a store tour/interview with the store manager and final interview with the District Manager.

Met with store manager. She was very friendly and polite. The conversation flowed naturally as she explained the store and role. Great experience overall, would recommend. There was another assistant manager there who helped the conversation along.

Overall pretty Easy process. Only one over the phone call and in person at the store with the hiring manager. The whole thing Took about 2 weeks to complete the interview process.

Great interview, so friendly! Seems like a perfect company culture, and hoping I get a second interview. I love big box retail and have heard great things about the company, so I decided to apply here. We talked through what motivates me and I motivate others.
