I had one in person interview and was offered the position same day. They asked about myself and my education and then we went through some situational questions. We also talked about customer service and sports.

It was fairly easy. Only a phone interview and one in-person interview that lasted 30 mins max. The process took maybe 2 weeks or so. You really do not need to prepare much for it either. They are willing to train

They called soon after applying and offered a reasonable time/date. I felt comfortable with the staff and management I spoke with. All questions were answered and the environment was professional.
