Applied online then shortly after received call where an interview at the store was scheduled. Then went to the store and interviewed with one of the managers before I was offered the position.

Two rounds of interviews, the first was more of a get-to-know and prior experience, while the second interview had a heavy emphasis on the importance of pushing credit card applications.
