Entretien
They basically ask you questions about what sports you've played, how long you've played them, what your knowledge base is on those specific sports, etc.
They also ask you some basic questions like:
"Describe a time you received bad customer service from a different company. What you would have done differently?"
"Do you have a specific approach to understanding customers?"
"Describe a time you went above and beyond for a specific customer."
"Describe a time where you had a chance to be a leader, in school, work, or sports."
They ask a few other questions about your experience, availability, why you want to work for them, etc.

They asked me if I was working would I help a customer with an issue or proceed my job

It was an in person interview with the sales manager in person and then a more formal interview with the store manager. Very smooth conversation and easy to get along with

Entretien
Interview went good nothing crazy. They ask the usual question they ask at retail stores. Felt a little nervous when I got there but after a few minutes in the interview I wasn't nervous
