1st interview was with store manager and 2nd was with assistant manager. Very easy process. Told me what the pay was and asked me if that was OK. After being offered the job he told me HR would email me an offer letter which they did 1 week later.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
