I applied online for the job on the Dicks Sporting Goods Website. They then called me and told me when to come in for an interview. When I came in I was interviewed by one of the managers who was very nice. After that, I was asked to take one of those quizzes that asks questions relating to morals that are worded a whole bunch of different ways. Then another manager interviewed me and I was told I would get a call back.

In person interview they asked me questions about customer care. It took them a few days to call me after I applied. The interview was maybe 15-20 minutes. I wore athletic clothes.

Easy 3 questions and asked about myself. Once done I was asked to complete an assessment. That was easy as well. They gave me the job on the spot and asked when I could start

Super casual and very inviting environment. Really enjoyed the interview. Gave time for interviewee to ask questions. Very flexible in scheduling. Interviewer was an assistant store manager and held great conversation.
