Several on the phone interviews with employees in Germany. I spoke with HR directors, team members, supply chain specialists, and quality control specialists. The interviews lasted about an hour each with varying questions each time. The process was a little long due to Germany holidays, but it was manageable and I knew where I stood throughout the process.
