It is very smooth. Most probably they hire from internal sources only. So, please try to get a good reference to get entry into it. In addition to that please do not forget to prepare for behavioural questions.

Will be contacted via phone to do a phone interview, after a week you will get a call to set up an in person appointment. After in person interview they will get back to you within two weeks.
