The interview process started with an HR phone screening focused mostly on behavioral questions about previous experience, teamwork, communication, and interest in the role. The conversation was friendly, conversational, and lasted about 20 to 30 minutes with no technical questions asked.

In-person interview and tour of three facilities. We perform interviews while walking the facility. Great managers and directors. I met the complete team and saw how work is done there.
