This was a total waste of time. It was a 3 month process until I received an offer. They offered the position and I kindly ask if the salary was negotiable. The vp called me to talk about salary and he told me that i was going to receive a call the next day. I never received a call back. I emailed him and he ignored me. Now it's been a month. The lack of professionalism amazed me, being that it's a large company and the position he held. 99% of employers are willing to negotiate. Why would they waste months of their time? I will never know.
