Application:
Applied through the university recruitment drive. The process took almost a month, i was interviewed at DHL global forwarding on June 30th.
Interview:
They took screening test and initial interview on the university campus. candidate who cleared the screening test were invited for the initial interview. Test was based on cognitive reasoning and numerical reasoning.
Initial interview was with the HR personal who asked situation based questions. The test and initial interview was conducted on the same day on 9th June.
on 30th June they called me for the panel interview with the Head of HR and Head of Freight Forwarding. In the panel interview they asked question from my CV.
