2 sets of online interviews. Both were recordings of you answering questions, about how you handle difficulties, how you experience working solo vs. working in a team, and some basic logistics questions.

Tell me about a time that you had to lead a project, and what were the outcomes?
First you get on a Zoom call with manager, then another with manager and senior manager, then you're asked to prepare an assignment to present in the final call with the top 3 candidates.

The recruitment process went smoothly. After applying for the position, I was quickly contacted for an initial interview with HR. This was an opportunity to discuss my skills, experience and career aspirations. Following the interview, I was invited to meet the department manager.
