The Interview process was very well structured considering the origins of the company. I applied online and spoke to their representatives at a Career Fair that was held in Prague. They were very open, friendly with very open lines of communication.
After 3-4 weeks, I received an email inviting me to their monthly "Recruiting Days" that usually takes place every month in Bonn.
The recruiting days were comprised of 2 days of networking and case studies. The company takes care of the accommodation (Hilton at the Bonn with a view of the Rhein, not that I complain!) and compensates your travel expenses as well.
1st Day: Primarily involves a networking dinner where you have a chance to get to have a conversation with the employees of the company as well as meet the other applicants.
2nd Day: The day is scheduled into 2 sections - Morning and afternoon. You can attend the afternoon section only if you're successful in the morning section.
- Morning: The morning section consists of 2 case interviews and the SHL Numerical and Verbal tests. The section is followed by a brief tour of their offices in Bonn and lunch.
- Afternoon: More case studies and a HR interview.
I only attended the morning section but I was happy that I did not attend the afternoon section as I didn't feel like I was fit to the company culture. So I was not really disappointed with the final result.
