Entretien
Interview was directly done with the program director who is responsible for the project. It started with a self introduction followed by the candidate's interpretation of what the role entails. After that is a dialogue testing on project methodologies (PRINCE2) and job experience.
The manager did explain a lot of the challenges the team is currently facing and has been up front towards the team's dynamic. It has been a casual but constructive interview

We do have to manage China suppliers and have to ensure they are being managed in alignment to DHL standards. How will you educate these suppliers given they do not have such culture
How do you grade yourself interms of your capability working in an everchanging environment (i.e. when instructions are being changed after they are being made)
