remember to Starbucks on a Sunday s to go over the first interview then we schedule the second the following Wednesday. then I met with the regional Hiring manager and I started two weeks later.

It was weird. The manager basically talked about herself the whole time, and talked about why she loved the company so much. She didn't ask any normal behavioral questions, just things like "do you know how to do this". There was also a personality test that was pretty much a waste of time.
