I have applied as Technical Engineer thru the company website, submitting my CV in the "careers" page . The Company don't accept email with attachments. Their feedback process is very quick. I have been contacted to schedule an appointment within 48 hours from my submission. The first point of contact was a prospect flow manager, who seems to be responsible for initial selection. I had two techical interviews are conducted. The first via Skype, the second in person. At the end of the process i have then met with the CEO, who gave me information on the company strategy and some HR related topics.

I Had 4 interviews. The first 3 have been focused on the technical side, with particular reference to programming languages, project management, algorithms, secure coding. The 4th interview has been conducted by the CEO and related to HR aspects, my projects for the future and salary expectations.
