Online assessment Problem Solving - This task focuses on assessing participants' logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Present a real-life problem or scenario that requires them to analyze the situation and come up with a solution. - Participants should provide a step-by-step approach or suggest possible strategies to tackle the problem. - Evaluate their responses based on the clarity of their reasoning and the effectiveness of their proposed solution. - This task helps assess participants' ability to think critically and apply problem-solving techniques in practical situations.

The application process involves 2 rounds. The first round asks you to visit any 2 outlets under Dairy Farm brand (Cold Storage, Giant, 7-Eleven, ...) then within the limit of 2 A4 paper sheets, write a plan on how you can help those outlets to improve their operations and/or sales based on what you observed The second and final round is an assessment center, comprising 3 key activities. The first one is done in group randomly assigned, where a facilitator will ask everyone to analyze and comment on each other's submission in the first round. The second activity is done in the same group, this time with no facilitator. All members are to read a case study then work together and come up with a plan. There will be guidance questions to help with the thinking process. The last activity is individual interview where they ask you typical interview questions
