Through a temp service, overall turn over rate is walk outs and no show daily, no interview really had to pass drug screen,explained that there turn over rate was so bad, they could not keep help, the company is very slow to do a full time hire some people been temps for 6 months or longer, temps will reach 105 or better in the summer and there is no air!

Responded to an Open House interview advertisement, with walk-in interviews. It turns out the company has a policy that disqualifies candidates based on a measured hypertension examination. The stated policy is <150/<90. The policy continues, as only 2 attempts at measurement are allowed before the candidate is discarded. this is true for exempt and non exempt applicants. This may seem like casual entry barrier to most. But, the policy is an outlier in to areas. 1.A physical examination requirement for exempt employees is extremly rare. 2.The distolic requirement of <90 is extremly low, and gurantees that the resulting demographic will tend to be white females. I would recommend ignoring please from this organization for open positions.
