We advise our candidates who are selected for a second interview to allot two hours of their day in case the interview runs longer than expected. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our candidates and like to have as much time needed to answer all of their questions without being pressed for time. Our second round interview varies from candidate to candidate given their questions about the position and our company in general. If the interview process does not use the entire allotted time, the interviewee gets that time back in their day.
