I applied online and heard back within a week. The first round was a 30-minute phone screen with HR, mainly about my resume and availability. Then I had a technical interview on Zoom with a senior engineer—mostly coding questions (algorithms and data structures). The final round was a panel interview that included system design and behavioral questions. Everyone was professional and respectful. Outcome: Received an offer but declined due to location. Tips: Practice LeetCode medium questions. Be ready to explain your past projects in detail. Be confident and ask questions about the team culture.

It good to understand the specs required for role you applied for.
