I originally talked to a recruiter months before and was told that a few jobs would be opening up later on in the year. After months passed, I received a called from DCS and they asked a couple of questions and told me they would get back with me.

The interview was a laid back lunch at a local restaurant. There was a couple of managers there that had open positions. They were simply trying to figure out where I would fit in best.

Since there were multiple openings, the majority of the questions were geared towards what my interests where in and what I would like to do. They also asked about my past experiences to make sure I was able to do the work.
