I spoke with 3 managers and 1 peer. I thought the questions asked were relevant. No weird questions were asked but I thought THEY got a good impression about what I would be like to work with. I also spent a half hour (prior to the face-to-face interview) with the hiring manager where I think I convinced him to hire me.
