Given I was interviewing during COVID, DCP found a way to schedule interviews with the right people via video. The interview process was handled professionally and while it did take some time, the recruiter was great at keeping me updating on the process.

Received email from a DCP Midstream recruiter, asking if I would have interest in the position, I applied, then received call from the recruiter, Interview was typical behavioral. Later was told they would like to have a 2nd phone interview from Human Resource Manager. Answered past and current HR experience.
