You go to a hiring event once you a re vetted. Then you go around and beg Principals from different schools to hire you. There are a ton of lines and people from all around the country trying to get hired because of the pay scale for teachers in this area. They know if they are going to hire when they first lay eyes on you. Being professional is a must.
